Property management
Occupancy, leasing and collections, per property, every morning.
Join your property-management system, listing sites and maintenance tools so owners see occupancy, the leasing funnel, collections and work-order times per property without a month-end pack.
Who it serves: Residential property managers, HOA managers and self-storage operators.
01What we replace
Owner reports, built once instead of one PDF at a time.
Owner reports are built by hand
Each owner wants the same five numbers for their buildings, and someone builds them one PDF at a time.
Leasing sources are a guess
Guest cards arrive from listing sites, the website and walk-ins. Which ones become signed leases is rarely measured.
Collections show up late
Delinquency is visible in the ledger, but not as a trend by property until the month closes.
Maintenance is judged by complaints
Work-order times exist in the system, but nobody tracks them against a target.

04Questions
Common questions.
Can owners log in to see their own properties?
Yes. Owner access is limited to their own properties, with the same definitions as your internal view.
Do you need tenant personal data?
No. Units, leases, charges and payments are counted by ID. Tenant names and contact details stay in your property-management system.
We manage both residential and storage.
Each portfolio gets its own measures, with a combined view where it makes sense.
Next step
See occupancy and collections per property, every morning.
Twenty minutes: your systems, the five or six numbers that run the business, and what a first dashboard would cover. No slides.
On the call
Which systems hold the numbers, who needs to see them, and how often. You leave with a written scope for a first dashboard and a quote within two business days.
