Home & field services

Your week, without the Friday spreadsheet.

Join your field-service platform, call tracking, ad accounts and accounting so you see booked-call rate, close rate and average ticket by technician and by source, every morning.

Who it serves: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, pest control, cleaning and landscaping companies.

01What we replace

The numbers your service manager rebuilds every Friday.

  • The platform's reports stop at the platform

Your field-service app knows the jobs. It doesn't know what the lead cost or what accounting says you collected.

  • Booked-call rate is invisible

Calls arrive through tracking numbers, but nobody connects them to the jobs that got booked.

  • Tech performance is anecdotal

Close rate, average ticket and callbacks by technician exist in the data, but not in one view.

  • Season planning from memory

Comparing this July with last July takes an afternoon of exports.

02What you see

The numbers on your dashboard.

Each one with a written rule, a target and a comparison. Cut by location, trade, technician, CSR and marketing source.

  • Booked-call rate by source and CSR
  • Close rate and average ticket by technician
  • Revenue by trade, job type and location
  • Maintenance agreements sold, renewed and lapsed
  • Callback and recall rate
  • Marketing cost per booked job, by channel
  • Receivables over 30 days
  • Capacity: jobs per technician per day
Drawn for this site with invented figures. Your dashboard uses your names and targets.

04Questions

Common questions.

Does this replace our field-service platform's reports?

No. Your platform stays the system of record. We join it with call tracking, ads and accounting, which is where the questions that cost money live.

Can technicians see their own numbers?

Yes. Leaderboards can show each technician's close rate, average ticket and callbacks against the team, without showing anything else.

We run more than one trade.

Every number can be cut by trade, job type and location, with separate targets for each.

Next step

See which calls, techs and jobs make you money.

Twenty minutes: your systems, the five or six numbers that run the business, and what a first dashboard would cover. No slides.

On the call

Which systems hold the numbers, who needs to see them, and how often. You leave with a written scope for a first dashboard and a quote within two business days.
