Education & training
Know your starts before start day.
Leads, appointments, applications and starts from your CRM, student system, ad accounts and phones in one dashboard, with every definition agreed once by admissions, finance and leadership.
Who it serves: Career and trade schools, private colleges, bootcamps, tutoring centers and driving schools.
01What we replace
The Monday admissions meeting, without the argument.
Starts get counted three ways
Admissions, finance and the campus director each pull their own report, so the meeting starts with a debate about the number.
Cost per start is a guess
Ad spend sits in Google and Meta, starts sit in the CRM. Nobody joins them, so budget moves on gut feel.
The rep leaderboard is built by hand
Someone exports, pastes and formats it every week. It is late the week it matters most.
Pacing is a feeling
Comparing this start date with the same one last year means digging through old exports.
02What you see
The numbers on your dashboard.
Each one with a written rule, a target and a comparison. Cut by campus, program, start date, source and rep.
- Leads, appointments, applications and starts by program and campus
- Speed to first contact
- Appointment show rate
- Lead-to-start conversion by source
- Cost per lead, per application and per start
- Admissions rep leaderboard, activity and outcomes
- Start-date pacing against target
- Early persistence after week one and week four
We count with record IDs. Student names, emails and phone numbers are not needed for any total, and we review FERPA obligations with your compliance lead before connecting anything.

04Questions
Common questions.
Do you need student records?
No. We count applications, enrollments and starts with record IDs. Names, emails, phone numbers and financial aid records stay in your systems.
Can you match our official start count?
Yes. During setup we reconcile against the start report your registrar or finance team already uses, and agree in writing which rule wins where they differ.
We have several campuses on different systems.
That is common. We map each campus's programs and statuses to one shared set of definitions, so every campus is measured the same way.
